Wilfrid Sellars's oeuvre includes several books, papers and lectures dedicated exclusively to Kant and Kantian themes in philosophy. Sellars's declared aim in philosophy was “to move analytic philosophy from its Humean into its Kantian phase". Sellars’s book, Science and Metaphysics: Variations on Kantian Themes (1968), is arguably not only his major contribution to Kant scholarship, but also his most significant constructive contribution to philosophy. Two collections of essays by Sellars dedicated exclusively to Kantian themes have been published: Kant and Pre-Kantian Themes: Lectures by Wilfrid Sellars (Edited by Pedro Amaral. Atascadero, Calif.: Ridgeview Publishing Company, 2002) and Kant's Transcendental Metaphysics: Sellars' Cassirer Lecture Notes and Other Essays (Edited and introduced by Jeffrey F. Sicha. Atascadero, Calif.: Ridgeview Publishing Company, 2002). Several of Sellars's essays on Kant have also been included in a recent collection, In the Space of Reasons: Selected Essays of Wilfrid Sellars, edited by Robert Brandom and Kevin Scharp (Harvard University Press, 2007).
